"It's not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down."
My Journey
It all started with learning how to slow down.
For years, I moved through life at a pace that looked productive from the outside but felt unsustainable from within. My body was tense, my energy was low, and I had lost any real sense of rhythm. Yoga was the first practice that asked me to listen instead of push.
Pilates came later and gave that same awareness a different kind of precision. Together, those disciplines helped me rebuild strength, breath, and steadiness. Over time, what began as recovery became study, then teaching, then a studio philosophy built around calm consistency and intelligent movement.
I created Mind & Motion to feel like a sanctuary: a place where discipline still exists, but never at the expense of presence, softness, or self-respect.
Our Philosophy
The Three Pillars of the Method
Breath
(Pranayama)
Everything starts here. Mindful breathing is the anchor that brings the mind back to the present moment and prepares the body for controlled effort.
Strength
(Asana & Core)
We don't just seek flexibility; we build intelligent muscles, resilient joints, and a solid core to support your real life.
Balance
(Dharana)
Strength and flexibility are useless without a stable center. We find calm in the chaos, to bring the peace of the mat into your everyday life.
